I work with gentle, non-invasive therapies that can work quickly and permanently.  Here are just some of the things they can help with:

The three main therapies I use are:

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (one of the meridian energy therapies), often called the tapping therapy. This involves gently tapping acupuncture points to help you to release pain and blockages.

Bach Flower Remedies – a simple and natural method of healing.

NLP - a well-established therapy, which enables you to understand what makes you tick, access your own strengths, and create the future you really want.
